As an adept E-Commerce and E-business solutions specialist, my approach is grounded in pragmatism. I am proficient in deep-dive requirements gathering with diverse internal and external parties. My understanding encompasses both the business and technical aspects of solution design, which enables me to transform high-level requirements into detailed solutions and agile user stories, all with the ultimate goal of enhancing the user experience.

I am certified by scrum.org as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM-I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO-I). I earned my first AWS certification in 2022. In 2023, I am gearing up to undertake the AWS Solution Architect Associate certification and aim to complete the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification as part of my personal development goals for the year.

My proficiency extends to working with high volume, complex, multi-tiered E-commerce systems, including numerous legacy systems and third-party external solutions. I excel at Requirement Analysis and have a wealth of experience in large and medium-scale B2B, B2C, D2C, wholesaler, large retail, and telecom e-commerce solutions and environments. Application owner Medtronic Connect platform/ Senior Principal Business Analyst E-Commerce/ Self Service.
Enhancing and improving the global Medtronic connect headless e-commerce platform. Bringing the platform to the next level of maturity using the latest technology to create the best b2b/b2c customer experience on all touchpoints.

Productising our API’s and Microservices platform as the central source for Products, Customers, Ordering, and Self-Service services. The platform offers not only state-of-the-art Buying experiences but self-services like: Product returns, Warranty and Repair inquiries.

Solution architect SAP Hybris E-commerce
Core team member and part of the E-commerce delivery team to execute one of the largest pan European re-platforming projects to replace the homegrown e-commerce software with the new state of the art SAP Hybris E-commerce ecosystem. The system was a high traffic/volume B2B/B2C website.


E-business manager
Responsible for online presence and E-business and developing online concepts and strategies for the whole Nedis group. Replatforming from a homegrown e-commerce solution to an Intershop solution


E-commerce consultant
Together with account managers, I was responsible for a number of accounts, where my role was consultancy, project/change management, devising functional designs and processes so that stakeholders could make optimal use of the E-business SAAS platform. During this, I never lost track of new technologies and the appropriate means. I also was involved in pre-sales projects with new customers, thus adapting the quotations to fit their wishes and demands.
I worked on several complex and extensive e-commerce SAAS projects in several fields of business (Food and Telecom).

Responsible for all external electronic communication. Build a complete XML infrastructure/gateway for order processing and optimised internal processes for a more efficient way of business. Delivered a distributor B2B webshop with various customer features.

Responsible for SAP R/3, system development, E-business, Office automation, Business Intelligence


E-business Manager
Developing and maintaining electronic services. Teamleader of developers. Most developments were in PHP and Mysql systems. Launched on of the first distributor B2B webshop using full open source technology.

Responsible for the new business, maintaining business and all resellers in the south of the Netherlands
